Hello, and once again, it's been a while.
I have some good news to share <3
I won another writing contest, and my story won third place! The sponsor of the contest is a publisher and will publish my story: Electric Chemistry, maybe late this year or next year.
I am super happy to be included in the winners and to have another published book <3
While I keep submitting my stories to multiple publishers in my country and internationally, wish me luck because I am working on my ongoing stories and would focus on international publishers to get my stories read not just by readers in my country but also worldwide. It's going to be fun to be writing new stories, but the most difficult part is to submit them and the waiting to see if I get accepted or not.
So, sharing here a little bit about Electric Chemistry:
Adriana has always loved music and singing, but since the passing of her dad, she chose to be voiceless and avoid everything about music. Two guys, two guiding lights in her life, will show her that in darkness, there can be love and a happy ending.

It's been quite a while once again.
I may not be active on Tapas, but I am constantly writing more stories as much as I can, and webtoon collaborations are in progress. I'll keep you guys updated about them soon.
A labor of love and hard work is the result of this story of mine, written when I was still a teenager in 12th grade.

Just a quick update: my artist and I are currently working on our upcoming Webtoon. I have already written some chapters, and we have some character designs ready.
I'm super excited to see our characters come to life in comic form. I can't reveal the title of our comic or the story details just yet. It's a secret for now.
While you're waiting for more updates, please subscribe to my new comic, InviHeart, a collaboration with the talented Sphomont. Sphomont is also the artist I worked with on my completed short comic, "Waiting Under the Stars."
InviHeart is a romance/action comic about Kayle Kokoro, one of The Blackbelts and their leader. Despite being feared by everyone in their school, Kayle and her friends are kindhearted and protect students from gangsters and bullies. We have already completed some chapters, and I'm excited to see the rest unfold in such a beautiful comic. We will start posting the comic once we have enough buffers.

It's been a while again since I open my Tapas account.
Well, I have some good news <3 My novelette: Sky With You is accepted by a publisher, won third place in a writing contest, and the date of publication will be on February 2025 next year. Truth to be told, I thought when I was writing my story it was a bit rush due to time constraints, but when you put your heart and soul into writing, it shows. The judge commented that Sky With You is heartfelt and the ending made a lasting impact on him as endings should have made an impact on readers. That's one of his criteria in judging the entries.
But there are not all good news, sadly.
My supposed to be published book this year, The Cure Called Love, the publisher sadly cancelled the publication. But I am thankful to them still because they are the first publisher who believed in my work.
And also, I lately got rejected once again with another story: I Wish My Life Is A Manga. I am not discourage just a bit sad, but thankful for all the support my readers gave me during the time I was writing the story. Some even sent me a message telling me how they like my story, despite not being included in the list of to be published stories.
I have decided to continue submitting the rejected stories to different publishers and hope one day my stories will find the best home they deserve.
To end things with a good news, I have a new upcoming comic on the works, an action/fantasy webtoon which details I won't be sharing just yet. But just know, me and my talented artist are working on it. We can't wait to share the comic with you guys <3 The character designs are awesome!
I am also currently waiting for an update regarding my other upcoming comic, a drama/romance webtoon <3 I believe in my artist for this project as her talent shines so much in her drawings.
Maybe I'll be releasing two webtoons next year. Who knows, right?

OMg! Third place!? And it’s going to be published! Congrats congrats congrats! 🎉 😉👏👏👏👏 and yes, it is a common thing for books not to be published at first only because they haven’t found their publisher yet (if you get what I mean), so please keep trying, I know their publishers are out there somewhere. 👍 and I can never resist a good webtoon so I can’t wait for the new comics to come out! Thank you 🩷 Yes, hopefully I can find a publisher for my other stories, will improve them, add more chapters to both stories, and will also make some edits to make the stories ready for submission. Echoes of Love In Manila is officially completed and I haven't been able to announced it here because my internet connection was lost for a week due to a recent typhoon. But now it's back and I am hoping it won't happen again, please. Anyhow, I am really happy for completing another comic once again. I am thankful for the collaboration me and EMJI had. So if you haven't read our comic just yet, it's a short read and since it's completed already, it's perfect for binge reading. <3
