The Last Night of the Year

Written in 2008, this was originally designed to be a "Storybook" style story. Partially prose. I really love it because though it's very much Star Trek in spirit, there are no phasers or warp speeds, just a story about people.

Her captain, Julienne Cochrane is also rather atypical as a captain goes, which makes them a good match.
