Grandfather,
I have traveled far and haven’t seen any signs to point me in the right direction. I tried to use the stars to create some sort of map. However, the stars are not the same. At one point the forest was too dense to walk through so I backtracked. I have reason to believe that even the trees move. I suppose it really isn’t meant to be easy.
My rations are running low. Luckily, much of the plant life here is edible and not poisonous. There are even fruits here I’ve never seen, and they’re so sweet! Mubdon is generous.

Grandfather,
Today I came across some ruins! I haven’t seen any signs of anyone else till now. They’re quite old, whoever built this is obviously gone. I wonder what it was meant for; did they live here? Did they worship? Did people even make this? A mystery.
