I update on twitter page uploads and info so if you're interested check it out!
Halfway through making this page I actually thought "Is this page necessary?????? It only serves one purpose..."
The rest of the pages after this are gonna focus on the character(s) and start moving the story along, 8 pages of just waking up felt excessive looking back on it. I'm working on making things concise and focusing on the important stuff so this first chapter wont take 6 months to finish. Seriously, I wanna get into the meat and potatoes of this chapter already. ONWARD!
8 pages of waking up may indeed be a bit much... Well, tbh if it were all in one mass update it would be perfectly reasonable, but when it's 1 page per update indeed some readers may get bored... All that said... The amazing amount of detail in these pages, making it a 100% realistic creative teenager's bedroom, and the accurate depiction of the slowness and reluctance of waking up on the first day of school... All that made these 8 pages super worth it and makes me, for one, super interested in what is to come, knowing that you can make just looking around a room and waking up engaging and super aesthetically pleasing. ^_^ ...I kind of rambled there, so uh, summary: 8 pages of waking up may be a bit much to read week by week but it's totally fine if you read it all at once, and in this case it's fine regardless since the detail and realism makes it engaging despite lacking much actual action. ^^
Follow Evermore Le Same high school seniors and aspiring artists Abby and Reeve as they form, and solely makeup, their school's art club with a common dream and single club goal - to be accepted into and attend the most prestigious and renowned art university known to man, the Royial Monet Piyat Institute of Art. As they hunt tirelessly for inspiration and grow as young artists to make the greatest application portfolios EVER they get into the usual daily life shenanigans and artistic antics while drinking stupid amounts of boba tea -- or is it bubble tea? Either way, these two seem to make art club have a real, well, art to it.
