I can't help but wonder what it is like to live outside this shell of mine.

I am a very open person, to tell you the truth, but I do have my secrets.

Everyone has a secret no matter who they are.

No matter who we are, we all still have this small shell of comfort that we don't want to leave, or share with others.

It's ok to be that way; it's ok to not share everything; it's ok as long as you are ok.

Just be you and don't worry about the small little details.

You don't need to share everything, but if you are breaking and tearing yourself down because of it, please share it with someone.

Just someone listening to you is enough to get it off your shoulders. If they can give you advise about it then that's great, but if they can't and just listen; you will still feel the weight lift of your chest and float away.

I am me, I will share what I like and when I like. 

You are you, you will share what you like, when you like.
