Should I make the comic with MS. Paint or hand draw it and down load the pictures?

You should really do what's more comfortable for you. Personally when I make drawings I'm more comfortable drawing with pen and paper but I like the clean look of digital. So I draw traditionally and scan them on to my computer and edit them digitally.
