Epilogue
Alexander was nowhere to be found. Panicking, Ethan looked around, but it looked like everything had been swallowed up by the darkness, and Emma was nowhere to be seen in the inky and suffocating shadows. "Thank you for playing my game, Ethan. it has been a pleasure doing service with you..." Alexander's voice suddenly rang in Ethan's head. He tried to run, but nothing happened... he couldn't escape from the shadows just waiting nearby to swallow him up. He leaned against the wall, on the verge of tears. He lay there, against the cold, hard wall, enduring the mocking and laughing he heard in his head. but suddenly, everything stopped. oddly, he felt as if he was in the real world. He peered around the room, unaware of his surroundings. He was in his bed... "W-why am I in my bed?" He asked, frightened. " We have been trying to wake you for hours, Ethan! what was going on inside your brain? you look like you just experienced a nightmare!" Olivia replied. his voice shaking, he says "Oh I did. I did experience a nightmare. But it’s finally over…” He sighs in relief. “That sounds too cliche. Oh, by the way, you are a police officer, right? Well, Addison’s been murdered, and we need you to help us find the murderer.”
