“When I get your soul I will personally see to your torture” Lucifer grumbled as he stood In the Willmart Men’s section with Joy. She had him dressed in some Juicy Sweet orange sweatpants and a white tank top, Joy had to get him clothes so she took him to the store to get him some and wouldn't be walking around in her blankets or women's clothes. She didn't have any men’s clothes at her disposal so she gave him her largest pair of sweatpants that seemed to turn into leggings on him. “Oh hush.. The sooner we get you cloths the sooner we can go back to the farm and get out of those cloths...” Joy said in a irritated voice as she held up a Shirt to his broad chest to check if it would be the right size. Joy felt beyond stupid right now, In less than 24 hours she had summoned the devil, Argued with the devil and was now taking him shopping. Once she got a good stack of clothes for him she put it in the cart and went towards the cash register. Lucifer was extremely grumpy since he was now having to live in the attic space in Joy’s room, he hadn't been ammused when Joy had made him go back up there, He had taken to sulking in the corner like a child in time out and often would make harsh threats towards Joy. “Lucifer are you paying attention to me?” Joy asked snapping him out of his grumpy daze. She gave him a look and gestured to the indoor restaurant “Do you want anything to eat? They have a Mcdonalds here if you want some. Lucifer gave her suspicious look as she offered him food “I don't eat food Mortal..” He said with a hiss in his voice and glared at her, Joy just rolled her eyes and set the cloths on the conveyor belt. The cashier was staring hard a Lucifer, her mouth slightly open as she took in his appearance, Even the hideous outfit he had on seemed like designer clothes on him. Lucifer caught her gaze and growled softly at the women which quickly snapped herself out of her trance. Joy payed for the cloths and dragged Lucifer to the KacDonald quickly. She ordered herself two sandwiches and even ordered one for the angry devil. “I told you Mortal i don't need to eat. Your wasting you damn time!” Joy began to grumble to herself now and thought to herself 'Why is he so fucking annoying! I thought the devil was suppose to be powerful and strong, But he is just a whiny brat. I feel like i'm babysitting' Joy ignored the complaining devil and payed for the food before ushering the Devil away who was still running his damn mouth. When they got back to the car that's when Joy snapped, Lucifer had complained about the clothes, about how the truck was too small for him and how the food smelled weird. Joy lost her temper and threw a burger at Lucifer's face and Glared hard at him “Will you stop whining like a brat! My god! You are older than me and you are acting like a 5 year old that isn't getting what they want! I didn't realize i summoned a damn bitch!” Lucifer stared in shock and rage over the small greened eyed women. Many thoughts swam through his head ready to shoot her down to the core, But he stopped once a whiff of something good distracted him. He picked the burger up that had fallen from his lap, he unwrapped it and starting eating, His eyes widening for a split second as he began to take large bites. The car ride back to the farm had been painfully quiet. Lucifer had eaten his burger quietly and even stole one of Joy’s. “These aren't too bad Mortal” Lucifer said breaking the silence, He sounded as cocky and irritated as usual but at least he was saying something nice which helped ease Joy's Tense mind.
“Granny. I am don't know what to do anymore... You promised me and now they are threatening to put you in a care home!” Joy was sitting in front of her now Semi hungover grandmother. Joy felt like she was going to lose her mind in this house, She was having to talk to her granny like she was a teenager! THE ROLES SHOULDN'T BE REVERSED LIKE THIS! Granny rubs her eyes as she sits in her wheelchair silently. “They didn't go through with the charges since they know you so well but this is the last time they will turn a blind eye. You are cut off from alcohol” Joy was flushed lightly realizing she was actually grounding her own granny. 'Can I even do this?' Joy thought to herself, Granny only gave a sigh and nodded her head. She looked so depressed for some reason and Joy didn't know how to feel about it “Granny?” Her Granny didn't meet Joy’s eyes at all as she sat there “I promise, No more alcohol..This will be the last time for a while. I swear on my life” Joy felt something twisting in her stomach clearly signaling that something was wrong, She was going to ask but chose not to for the time being. Joy rubbed her arm gently and tried giving a small smile at her Granny. “Well. That's good, Also. I may have found a sixth person to work on the farm” This suddenly caught Granny interest and she looked her granddaughter in the eyes. “Who?”
