Yeah, everybody knows I’m all about Japan, even the hygienist. Why Japan? Here’s the fascination evolution that begins in high school and continues through age 35:

* Wait a minute, so, Japanese people don’t act like anime characters?
* Wait a minute, so California rolls aren’t authentic Japanese food?
* Japanese classes in college
* Japan is tidy, orderly, and polite. Is this a utopia?
* Oriental markets, yay!
* OMG, must order Japanese KIT KATs!!!
* Going to Japan for the first time!!!!
* That was exhausting but mega-exciting. I’ll never go again.
* Going to Japan for the second time!!!!
* Okay, yeah, I’m just going to have to keep coming back.
