Kasaihana city. A Dystopian metropolis that takes place in a futuristic America. After the destruction of World war 3, New York City and over 80% of the east, mid-west, and southern portions of America were left in shambles. The tall buildings that once stood proudly within New-York were destroyed completely. Decimated by the nuclear weapons that had fallen down upon the area. Almost 50 years later in the year 2060, a Millionaire by the name of Mr. Hiro (who was also the man responsible for the W.R.A. World reconstruction Association.) stumbled upon the destroyed city. He gazed upon the broken land, the residents that survived barely looked human anymore. They lived like savages, raiding and trying to kill anything that came across there turf. The man took note of their odd behavior. Though he allowed his next words to flow with conviction. His response to those before him was...
" Utopia... I bring you value once again. "
After supplying the people food, and giving them better-living conditions he made a deal with them. They formed a pact, they were to help him design and build a city, and he would provide money, food, and clothing for the communities, living in the old buildings in the discarded NewYork city. As they helped construct with the creation of the city the group, later on, got the name, “Old civilians.” Mr.Hiro made a trip back to his homeland a little bit into the construction. Knowing he'd need more workers in the long run. So he looked towards cost efficiency. He had constructed a deal with the Japanese president and asked if he could buy all of there current inmates in all of the there prisons that year, and put them to work. Cheap labor for there freedoms depending on there charges he said.
And that had been his word. Years went by and the old residents of NewYork slaved and worked themselves to death for the sake of the city. Hoping, praying for the promises that Mr. Hiro said he'd deliver upon. But like most shady deals... he didn’t pull through on his end. Within 50 years the city was built. The new generations of the Old civilians suffered the same fate. They too, like the ones before them were enslaved. To no surprise Mr. Hiro’s son had taken it upon himself to continue his fathers vision on creating this “utopia". Well after his fathers death.
Kasaihana city had been complete by the year.
2110
Hiro's son stayed vigilante in his conquest. Even continuing to enslave the people and had been even worse of an enforcer upon them. Five more years after that... the new civilians were then made out to be slaves for the new residents of the city. The new inhabitants moved there quickly from other places around the world. Heavy loaded pockets and luggage at hand. These people were allowed to live here because of there money. They had hopes of starting new lives. However, 'The Old Civilians' had been promised a place to reside for there hard work as well. But all they were rewarded for their hard labor, had been lies, and slavery. They had been lied to... about there Utopia, about there new lives. And with that, time continued to move on. And a new age was forming. And it would be forged in vengeance and blood.
By now the city was twice the size of any city created ever in existence before it. It expanded to the point the city was made out to be in four different districts. District 1, which is where most of the middle class and the poor stayed. District 2, however, has all of the cities wealthy, where the Casino’s, clubs and such were. The first set of commuters to establish themselves in District 2, even created a hierarchy system. Where they work on some kind of twisted version of a monarchy. Following there own rules and regulations.
District 3 is where the Kasaihana Military/Police force is located. Although District 1 and 2 have there own police factions. District 3 is where the real soldiers are. Only the elite can train and be taught in District 3. And only the elite and strong survive there. When things get tough in Districts 1 and 2, and the police can't handle it. They call in a D3 operative. It also used to be where most of the slaves were forced to stay during the early days. They were secluded and pushed into different camps sprinkled around District 3. Where they were watched day and night by guards and overseers. The D3 residents didn't care for them much though and treated them cruelly.
After a few months, the District 3 police commander demanded to the Kasaihana council that they were to be removed immediately. Saying things like ' Looking at them, had been bad for his men's morale'. It was a nice way of saying he'd been sick of looking at the Old Civilians. They were soon moved back down to the dead, radiated remains of Old New York that sat outside of Kasaihana city.
Micheal, Mr.Hiro's second son made sure to enforce this slavery hold. Even more so after the death of his father, and after his older brothers leave of office. This carried on for years, people were forced to work in homes, and factories creating all of Kasaihana's utopian delights. Like robots, hovercars, whatever they could be used for really. Sex, Violence, you name it. Forced to work their whole lives with no pay, simply crumbs in exchange for currency most days.
It was a dark time and a long time. However, as time continued to grow further, so did their anger. They were angry at Mr.Hiro for not keeping his promise. They were angry at his fool-hearted son, for pushing deeper! Further into a lifetime of anguish and pain. They were angry... so angry. And as the years began to drift... they began to plan. Waiting for their right moment.
After a few sets of years, the city had been in an uproar. All of the current residents were excited about the opening of a new district. They were in the process of opening the 4th district of Kasaihana when Mr.Hiro's son Micheal was suddenly shot in the head, he had been killed instantly.
District 4 would never be opened.
And thus, the war began.
Starting in the year...
2117
An Assassin from a group that would, in the near future, be named The Tribe in the notorious Syndicate. Had been the one behind the trigger, they had been among the enslaved as well. Once the shot was made, slaves from all over came out and began to murder and kill there way through everyone that was there for the opening of the new district.
Civilians, and police alike.
Soon they began breaking out the rest of the Army of slaves. They began to revolt fighting back the Army of police and killing off most of the forces. And after a few weeks of constant battles. They won, pushing the entire Kasaihana government into full submission.
Slowly but surely, they made their way into forming there lives within civilization. About 2 years later the slave groups then broke apart into different parts of the city and began to call it there own. Forcing the residents of KasaiHana to live with them even though they didn't want to. Even the city Police had No say in what was going on. The Slaves soon began to form there own Groups within the City at first out of respect of there old cause. Which would, later on, become the Syndicate.
Over the years, different ethnic groups were taken into Kasaihana city. Most were grouped in with the old civilians during the early days and were forced to be slaves. While others came later on.
Kasaihana entered it first era of 'peace' in the year...
