I'm sure you've heard of the '36 Questions to Love'. If not, I'll explain. It's a series of questions that two people must answer together; optimally, these people sit across from each other, looking into each other's eyes. At the end of the questions, it is said that the pair will eventually sire feelings for each other, essentially falling in love. According to several studies, it's supposed to work and work well.
Obviously, I wanted to try it.
I knew about it before I had met Zeke, but we never got to it. Something was holding me back from doing it with him, just like many other things that I had pulled back from when it came to Zeke. In my desperation after he broke up with me, I thought about it, but I never came close enough to convincing him. But the thought was still cycling in my brain when I met the blue-eyed, gender anomaly named Wallace.
It was the second time hanging out with Them. Wallace invited both me and Zeke to Their house--or rather, Their temporary living space. Wallace had been living with a woman named Tina since the beginning of May, so, a couple of weeks now. They still weren't sure on how long that living situation would last ("Nothing's permanent.").
It was a house full of dogs. I counted at least six, but that just might've been one very excited dog that seemed to appear in several places at once. Wallace more favored the cats. There was this snow-white cat that Wallace had personally named 'Draco'; the kitty had fangs that constantly stuck out of his face, and when he wanted pets he would try to reach for your hand. I liked Draco best, likely in part due to such high praise.
W lived upstairs for now, although They were trying to move downstairs where there was more privacy. We spent most of the night in the basement for that reason.
