Poor daydreaming Tsubasa can't seem to keep his head out of the clouds. He fantasizes about one day joining the RIFTER league and becoming the new face of RIFLE tower. Fortunately for Tsubasa, his 13th birthday was in two weeks. He had been saving up for a brand new, top of the line Riftboard and opportunity is knocking at the front door. Tsubasa's daydreaming days may be over for good; that is, if everything goes as planned.

Synopsis
It's the dream of every young riftboard surfer to one day be able to participate in the Rifter League (RIFLE) and become the new face of RIFLE Tower. Hayato Tsubasa is an aspiring young riftboard surfer whose dream is to one day enter the Rifter league in hopes of making it to the top of RIFLE tower. Being a newbie, however, that dream seemed far from attainable. That doesn't dissuade him from trying and sure enough, with the help of friends, old and new, and heated rivalries along the way, Tsubasa enters league and races to his dream!
