Synopsis
It's the dream of every young riftboard surfer to one day be able to participate in the Rifter League (RIFLE) and become the new face of RIFLE Tower. Hayato Tsubasa is an aspiring young riftboard surfer whose dream is to one day enter the Rifter league in hopes of making it to the top of RIFLE tower. Being a newbie, however, that dream seemed far from attainable. That doesn't dissuade him from trying and sure enough, with the help of friends, old and new, and heated rivalries along the way, Tsubasa enters league and races to his dream!
