Cosmo and Cooki watch as Sara runs off as the two of them follow behind her as they forcefully squeeze through students through a huge circle crowd. They see a young pale skin boy with blonde hair on the floor while he’s on his back, as he’s approached by two girls and one boy wearing green camouflage shirts, short pants, and white sandals.

“How dare you disrespect the Land Cadets like that?” a young blond female cadet says, “You also have the audacity to talk bad about the Diamond Sisters!”

The blond boy slowly gets back up to his feet. “But they are mean! You, Cadets, are nothing but bullies too!” he says, “You guys think you can run the school by using fear and push people around?! I-I will not stand for it! Y-you, hear me!”

A boy cadet is holding a rubix cube chuckles at the blond kid. “So, what are you going to do about it? Girly boy!”

The blond kid cheeks turn red. “I-I am not girly!”

Soon a pale skinned girl with blond hair, wearing the same cameo as the other cadets approaches, Yuji with a feather sword in her hand. “Yuji, you might be a brave kid, but you’re a stupid one at as well,” she smirks. “Girly boy!”

Sara grits her teeth, stomping the ground. “That’s enough, Love!” She yells. “Who in the world are you to pick on Yuji and insult him like that in front of all of these students? Huh!?”

Love lets out an evil chuckle. “Hey, look Cadets! It’s Yuji’s girlfriend, saving his butt like always!” She smirks, teasing Sara.

“Humph, shouldn’t you be with those loser sisters, drinking tea and reminding yourselves of how all of you are complete trash?” Sara says throwing insults at Love and her Cadets.

Love glares at Sara. “Those ‘losers’ as you call them, are the ones that run this school and own all of you guys, including you, Sara!” She explains. “So, if I were you, I would watch my tongue!”

Sara smirks. “Make me; you camouflage wearing, poor fashion sense, freak!”

Love gasps, hearing the insults from Sara. “Okay then… you want to act like a tough girl?” She says raising her feather sword at Yuji, “This is what happens when people don’t listen and want to act so tough!”

“Oh, no!” Yuji yells.

“Yuji!” Sara screams.

Cosmo watches Love brings the feather sword above her head, seeing the opportunity, pulling out his yo-yo from his pocket. “Oh, no you don’t!” He says flinging his yo-yo letting it the string wrap around the sword. “I had enough of bullies like you, picking on people for standing up to little punks like you!” He yanks the sword out of her hand, landing it slide next to his feet. “You mess with my friends, you’ll have to deal with me!”

“Hey, give me back my weapon!” Love yells as she stares at her Cadets. “Don’t just stand there! Charlie and Hope stop them!”

Charlie and Hope charge directly at Cosmo.

Cooki pulls out her Nerf pistol as she quickly steps in the way of Charlie. “So, you’re the ‘scary’ Cadets, a little birdy told me about?” she chuckles. “I’ve dealt with butterflies and puppy dogs tougher than you!” She pokes his forehead with her Nerf gun. “Now do me a favor? And back off!”

Hope pulls out her water pistol, pointing it at Cosmo. “Freeze! You’re under arrest!”

Cosmo snickers. “Hmm… No thanks!” He flings his yo-yo, hitting the water pistol out of the pale skinned girl’s hands. “I don’t take orders, or listen to jerks like you!”

Hope squeals, feeling a bit of a sting from Cosmo’s yo-yo. “M-my water pistol!” She screams, seeing her weapon slide out of the circle. “No fair!”

Most of the students who are watching the action happening are impressed by Cosmo and Cooki’s courage on how they’re standing up to the second most dangerous group in the school.

“Whoa… I thought Yuji and Sara are stupid, let alone crazy for talking back and standing up against the Cadets, but these two are something else!” a fourth grade boy says.

“Did you see that dark skinned boy with the blue hair?” a second grade girl says, “He took Love’s feather sword and knocked the water pistol out of that girl’s hand like it was nothing to him! I’ve never seen a kid fight with yo-yo like that with such skill!” She smiles. “It’s such a beautiful thing to witness!”

“What about the girl? She has the same hair color like that other kid!” a third grade boy tells the second grade girl. “She has a lot of guts pointing a Nerf gun to a Cadet’s face like that!” He chuckles. “Who are these two? I’ve never seen them before? I like their attitudes!”

Love looks at Cosmo’s yo-yo then at him. “How did you do that?!” she questions him. “How does someone like you can control a yo-yo like that, so freely and use yo-yo tricks as an offensive or defensive weapon?!”

“Anything’s possible when you have the power of imagination on your side!” Cosmo explains to Love.

“…Who are you two?” Love asks Cosmo and Cooki. “I’ve never seen the two of you around here before.”

“My name is Cosmo Ferrendi!” He says then points at his sister who’s smirking. “The girl next to me is my sister, Cooki! We’re the Ferrendi twins! Don’t you forget our names!” He points to Love and the Cadets. “So, why don’t you punks, back off! Unless you Cadets want a spanking from my sister and me!”

“OOO!!!” Most the students say out loud.

Love closes her eyes as she lets out a sigh. “Stand down, Cadets!” Love tells her companions. “You haven’t heard the last of us! You hear me!? The Diamond Sisters will deal with you four later during recess! I promise you that!” She turns her back as she, and her Cadets walk away. “Just remember this, you and your sister just made yourselves big targets in this school!”

Every student suddenly begins gossiping about Cosmo, and Cooki as everyone shaking their heads just as they're walking away, while some pray for the twins after their actions. Others are wondering if their bravery is worth on what’s waiting for them later on.

“Humph! Who do they think they are!?” Cooki sighs. “But, it’s over now.”

Cosmo goes and helps Yuji to his feet. “Hey, are you okay?” He asks the blond boy. “I hope they didn’t hurt you.”

Sara lowers her head in guilt. “I’m sorry for dragging you two into this,” she says to Cosmo and Cooki, “It’s all my fault!”

Cosmo shakes his head. “No, Sara. Cooki and I both jumped in and did what was right!” he says, “We couldn’t just sit there and watch them bully or attack you guys!”

Cooki smashes her left fist into her right hand. “As long we’re here now! They won’t be bullying anyone anymore!”

Sara turns to Yuji, brushing the dust from his shirt with her hands. “Hey, are you okay, Yuji? You gave us quite a scare!”

Yuji cheeks turn red from embarrassment as he twiddles his fingers. “Yeah, I’m okay… sorry about that,” he nervously tells Sara as he turns to Cosmo. “T-thank you, for saving me earlier!”

“It’s no problem, dude!” Cosmo smiles.

Sara crosses her arms. “What were you thinking, Yuji!? Starting a fight with Love, and the rest of the Land Cadets like that!?” She scolds him. “You’re lucky Cosmo, Cooki and me came in the nick of time to save you!”

Cooki softly tugs Sara on her pink T-shirt. “Relax, Sara. This Yuji, kid did the right thing by standing up to those Cadet Punks!” she says, “Don’t give him such a hard time.”

Yuji sighs. “I couldn’t just sit back and watch Love, and her Cadet buddies pick on people and let them think they’re better than everyone else,” he explains to Sara. “Hope is the only thing we’re hanging on, but by a thread right now,” the blond boy frowns as he looks at the ground. “But it isn’t enough… Someone had to take a stand, or at least tried to!”

Sara takes a deep breath. “Consider yourself lucky! Be happy the other Cadets wasn’t with them, or we all could’ve been in enormous trouble!”

“Wait, hold up just a minute! You’re telling me, they’re more than just those five cadets!?” Cooki questions, Sara.

Sara shakes her head, sighing with frustration. “Unfortunately…” she tells, Cosmo in a depressing tone, “We’ll talk more during recess. The first day of class is about to start!”

“We’ll help you to your homeroom.” Yuji says, “Come on, let’s go!”
