Well, Victorio sure seems calm about the knock on the door. He's reaaaaallly used to it, is he?
And okay, you mention being open to advices, so I'll try to be polite about it(I hope I am!), so here goes:
First of all, I'm surprised by the soundcloud music choice! - never had an upbeat song picked for comics on Tapas. It also sets off the beginning of the story really good... but after the dream, it's kind of a bit weird. It also makes me unable to appreciate the panels (I'm a bit weird with webcomic reading - if I really like it, I usually get absorbed in the panels more than the story!). Maybe try to pick a slower song that has an "evil" tone?
As for the panelling (how you set up the panels and how it flows), the story progresses with so many actions left out of panels. What I mean is, there are not enough panels drawn for the actions to flow smoothly.
For example, the page between the white-colored "awake from dream" and him sitting on the bed calmly, hearing the knock, feels like it could have him panting, for example, or being surprised by the knocking.
Another is that the room view is far darker than the other panels that show Victorio, which is inconsistent, and makes it hard to see. It's okay if the room looks "sketchy" - it can still flow if the brightness is the same.
There's more of course, but I won't tell it all right now so you can take small steps to improving it. I hope you find this useful, and I really hope I'm not being rude ^^'
In 2127 the world is finally in peace.
But just in surface.
People called Chasers with marvellous capacities are engaged by the government to kill people trying to destroy this peace.
When Victorio thinks that he'll finally have a 'normal' life everything shatters.
