Maybe brighten the speech bubbles on darker/busier scenery, it's a bit difficult to read at times.
Example:
Panel 2 "let's be off pup..." it's hard to read the black text against his black fur color. Maybe up the color 20%? That might be enough.
Panel 3 "oh c'mon..." the scenery is a bit busy and the darker/mixed tans of the grass make it a little busy to see.

One thing I've found when you have similar colors, is to add the tiniest outline of a much lighter color so it doesn't detract from the art, but highlights the sound effect.
Otherwise! I'm loving this and am quiet enamored with the level of detail you put into the characters and the background, great work! It's very visually pleasing, found you at random and will most certainly subscribe <3
