Ok so I’m in Sicily right now and today we visited Morgantina which is an Ancient Greek/Roman archeological site that’s supposedly only a valley or two away from where Hades took Persephone into the underworld.
Anyways what they had there was this beautiful, imposing, HUGE sculpture of who they believe to be Persephone, and one small terra-cotta sculpted head that they know is Hades.
Hades had curly red hair and a curly blue beard.
I thought of this comic immediately and almost laughed. He would be such a dorky character if comic artists drew him like that today!😂
