This is a joke that I think only science nerds and marine animals entusiasts like me would uderstand, heheh. But I tough it was cute and funny so, why not :)
I just know that when I drew this comic it warmed up my heart a lot, so I hope it can make you feel the same :)
A curious fact about octopus is that their “specialized arm” has a part with no suckers, that it’s a smooth and erectile tissue.
You can imagine how cool and cute is this ^^

When I drew this I wanted to practice Pierre’s expressions mostly, and also to give him a couple of better character design features like for example, he will change of texture and color of his skin when feeling a strong emotion, like when he’s too happy or amazed, or feary…or when he’s took by surprise like he does in this comic :)
Oh also I changed the dialogue’s typo when he talks French to make emphasis on the French pronunciation.
