Whether it's the struggle of filling out forms, or unfortunate naming practices, everyone has a their own struggle.
Also side note, I copied the form off examples I found online but someone pointed out that Eskimo is considered a slur apparently? Anyway if someone can confirm and let me know what the appropriate term is I'll go and fix it but I couldn't find the info.

Inuit is the word you are looking for, as far as I know (census forms and such have a history of using slurs and badly chosen terms, tbh) EDIT: Looked up 2010 census form https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.census.gov/history/pdf/2010questionnaire.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjt4_-HqZ3bAhXP7VMKHe8WCOAQFjABegQIARAB&usg=AOvVaw0zm8PjbT4O0y4Z_NGCXpHk
(pdf) and it used "Alaskan Native" with a place to write in specific "enrolled or principal tribe" (This is only from my own research, I'm white and share no connection with the people this might refer to.)
