(The next day)

Today is Saturday, I had met up with Joshua at a Cafe down the road to speak with him about the house and also about my transfer.

"You're transferring to another school? It's December man transferring in the middle of the year will be hard." Joshua says to me as he continues to take a bite of his sandwich.

"I know it will be but that’s what I decided to do. I'll work it out somehow." I say taking a bite out of my sandwich that I made at home.

"Well I can't stop you because you never listen to what I say. Point is I got the place ready for six people" Joshua replies leaning his head on one of his hands.

"Ok we'll be there tomorrow night. Thanks Joshua I owe you big time."

Joshua eyes light up as if he thought of something right off the bat.

"Then come to karao-"

"No anything but that" I say cutting Joshua off

Joshua pouts and takes another bite of his food.

"But I guess you could stay at my place for 1 night" I say

Joshua's eye lit up as he jumped from his chair and came over to hug me.

"Um no" I push Joshua away

Joshua sits back down with eyes eyes still full of excitement

After school I went straight home to clean up a bit before Joshua came over. I made dinner, made him a bed, and also small little midnight snacks since there was no school tomorrow. It was Friday and tomorrow is Saturday. After finishing everything I hear knocking on the door. I run to the door and open it.

"Sup Cien I smell something really good in here" Joshua says taking a big breath of air.

"I made dinner." I say leading him into the living room

"You know buddy I have always wondered. Why do you live on your own?" Joshua asks placing his things down next to his bed.

"Family complications" I reply as I sit down on the dining table ready to eat since I was starving just waiting for him

"That’s right you said I would get to meet them right? When you come over to the house." Joshua says

"Yeah you will but trust me watch what you say." I say pointing at him with my knife.

"Ok?" He says questionably

We both had fun playing games, watching movies, telling stories. That was until Joshua fell asleep. I was sitting in the darkness of my room with Joshua sleeping next to me. I cover myself and try to sleep. Few minutes of trying to sleep I just couldn't knowing that something wasn't right. I look around the room not noticing anything out place. I climb back into bed and hear something.

"Raven Rulers" I hear

I finally understood what wasn't right.

"What do you want?" I say rubbing my face in irritation.
