I wanted to make an announcement about my Patreon later, but I've already gotten one patron and I don't want this brave supporter to feel alone ^^

I drew this image as a sample for everyone. Unfortunately, June is one of the most boring month. We have no special events but a lot of rainy days. We hang Teru Teru Boze (“shine shine monk”), a small traditional handmade doll inside or outside of our window by a string. Children believe that the doll has a magical power to stop or prevent a rainy day.
As for monthly sketch, I'm going to draw Japanese traditional events of the month along with the main characters (Yashiki and Hinagishi.)
The story is set in a small town in Japan in the mid 90’s. Two male teachers meet in a middle school. Yashiki is an impulsive, unmotivated, and irresponsible young teacher who runs away from any commitment in his life. When Hinagishi - a devoted, responsible head teacher - ends up with Yashiki as his assistant, conflict is inevitable.
This is all about love, responsibility and commitment. I wanted to depict a romantic relationship between two ordinary men along with the daily life of mid 90’s Japan.
