I CAN EXPLAIN! lol. So Etika is one of my favorite youtubers for his authenticity. One time, I joined a live stream of him playing a game called "Sonic Forces". The game allows you to create custom sonic characters and this character was created by Etika as a parody for Sonic OCs. "Blaze The Bear."
There's a meme on the deviantart site that it's filled with Sonic OCs. Though, it depends on where you're looking on dev-art. I don't really see THAT much Sonic OCs lol. Anyway, for meme-sake here is Etika's character!
