With his anti-metal sword, Alex had been training everyday after work. In the forest, he was alone, allowing him to train as rigorously as he wanted without being judged by others.

Alex would start his training by stretching, jogging around the woods, doing push-ups and swinging his swords when his hands were weak. He also drew and sheathed his swords a few times just to get the feel of it. He had to train more, get stronger, become a knight, become the top knight and finally capturing F.

At first, he could not take the training. He fainted while running and would occasionally drop the trays he was holding due to the pain in his arms. A week after Alex started his training, Zank asked why he was looking sick.

"Just some training. " Alex would reply.

Around a month after, Alex noticed a development in his body, his muscles were firmer, his training was much easier from when he first started and he felt more comfortable holding his swords. He gazed towards the arena, soon he would be participating in the royal knight entrance exams too. The week after in fact.

In just one week, Alex would have to get better than the nobles that have prior training from professionals.

His line of thought was interrupted by a growl from his stomach. Alex looked around and saw a wild boar nearby. He drew one of his swords and charged it, shouting. The boar rammed straight into Alex, knocking him to the ground.

"You shouldn't scream when charging an enemy, you're just giving yourself away. " A familiar voice spoke to Alex.

Alex sat up to face F, who was sitting cross legged on a giant boulder. Alex looked away and said, "I said I was going to drag you to jail, why are you helping me? "

"You have potential is why. You're likely the only person in this kingdom trying so hard to capture me. I'm interested in what you would become in the future. " F told Alex.

Alex clenched the hilt of his sword and swung at F, who easily dodged. This went on for sometime, Alex swinging his swords and F giving advice with every swing. Soon, Alex will meet the knights.
