I'm not sure I reasoned with myself well...
Coconut rice AKA Nasi lemak spoils easily. It will spoil within 6 hours from purchase. That's why it's usually bought and eaten during breakfast. If you ever come to Malaysia, the Nasi lemak is the thing to try most.
