This is my OC Tsubaki Kuro aka Obsidian Glitch. Hope you like them! (They're agender btw)
Their quirk is Time glitch. They can send people back in time for any determined amount of time.
But if they use it too much, their reflexes become super slow. If overdone, they black out and don't remember what goes on for a while.
