A large sound came from the back room which made both me and the girl next to me jump. Then the sound of laughter came from the same direction when I realized that they slammed our class's history book.
"Gurl, you're not right," laughed one of them, "You made both Pasty and Nappy-hair jump!"
Yep, they are talking about us, Pasty is the nickname they gave Violet, because...
I will not say what they said but for me, her skin is as white as snow and I think it's beautiful, with jet black hair and dark amber eyes, she was like a princess. She used to be full of confidence and positivity until Monica and her group made her the target of the month. Each-time I stand up for her or anybody else for that matter, the victims will tell me that the bulling gets worst.
So I stop.
It's mostly because their boyfriends are in that golden prick's little gang that they act so big. It does not matter if you are a male or female, you will get the same violent treatment. But there is one guy they are all afraid of...
Decon (the Golden Prick, I call him) when he is in class the teacher can actually teach or maybe he just like History but who knows, it just shut them up. Whatever Decon is, I don't know him anymore, he is way different than what he used to be when we were younger.
I always wonder why I haven't became a target yet? I do have something planned for each and everyone of them when it happens. Hopefully when I'm the target the other students can at least lead normal school lives.
I looked at Violet who was looking back at me and quickly look down at her desk. I was so mad at myself for not doing anything even though we both know what will happen if I do.
But I do have a plan to get her out of the classroom before school is out.
I pretend to accidentally flick my pencil towards the ground near the windows looking out to the front of the school. I got up, walked over to the pencil, peeked out the window before picking up the pencil. Violet's ride was outside ready to pick her up. I started to walk back to my desk, I taped Violet's desk pointing my pencil up, she got up quickly and followed me to the door.
"Where do you think you are going..." asked Monica until she saw the fear in our faces (which was fake of course.)
"Decon I didn't know you were coming," I said trying to sound shaky.
Everyone in class went silent and they eyes widen.
"What!? What did I do?" asked Violet playing along.
Before I put my hand in my pocket, three boys came walking by talking loudly...good timing.
"Yeah, that's the girl he always talked about," he said looking at me and I gave him a confused look, "Maybe we should take her to him, so he can calm down."
As they talked, I was fully out of sight of our classmates, so I quickly grab Violet by the arm. I tried so hard not to laugh because, Violet looked back at our classmates with widen eyes and a slight yell, the gasps from the classroom made it almost hard to bear. It was like the old Violet came out a bit, I pulled Violet towards the steps leading to the front.
"It will buy you some time," I whispered, "Your ride is right in front when you head out."
Violet looked at me and grabbed my arm pulling me with her, it was like she was telling me to go with her. I lightly touch her shoulder and shook my head.
"I'm going to have them take me to my Art club," I said pointing to the three boys in front of our classroom, "Be careful, okay?"
She let go of my arm and hugged me, "Thank you," she cried and she started to run down the steps.
I made sure to watch her until she was all the way down to the bottom floor and I walked to the three boys.
"Hey tell him to meet me at the Art club," I told them.
The tall one in the group step up towards me, "We will escort you to your club."
"Oh, thank you so much," I said smiling at them.
They all looked uneasy when I said that, have they never received a thank you before? The tall one went in front of me and the other two in back forming a triangle with me in the middle. As we walked past the door, Monica saw us, her eyes grew big, and she looked the other way to see if Violet was there. Then she put her hand over her mouth and ran back in the classroom. The teacher was looking out the window, nodded, and went back to his desk. It looked like Violet made it safely to her car.
We walked though the hallway towards the Art club until the tall guy stopped. I look up at him and he was looking out the window outside to the field.
"I wonder what he did now?" asked the boy on my right side.
I looked out the window and I see Golden Prick and his goons messing with some poor soul. I looked closely and the blood was everywhere around that poor kid.
"We better head there before it get worst," said the boy to my left.
"Well the Art club is two doors down, I'll go ahead," I said as I waved them off.
As I walk inside the room the President and Vise President are having their usual shouting match. I walked past them looking though the cabinets taking out some items.
"Hey Tim, where is that red box we used as a fake time-bomb for that play?" I blurted out.
"FUCK YOU!! Oh Hi Sherri the box is under the female green statue on the middle stand. "Said Tim going from viciously to kind from talking to Ako to me.
I walked over to the middle stand and slowly removed the red box from under the statue, while overhearing Tim and Ako.
"Like I said, don't stare at it," yelled Ako, "It's mine and mine alone!!"
"I'll look whatever I what, it's mine too!!" shouted Tim.
I walked over to flower bed near the window where I picked up some little white stones that were on top of the flower bed.
"I've been very sensitive about it since yesterday at the con hotel," said Ako.
"Well next time don't be showing it off without me being there!!" yelled Tim.
I walked over to the computer, pulled my sound recorder out of my pocket, and copied a alarm sound MP3 off from the computer to the recorder.
"It even changed colors after that," cried Ako, "It went a little red afterwards."
I took a dirty brown cloth from the pile of cloths, tied a small knot to one end while leaving the other alone. I took a little paint knife, carved a small hole into the box, and pushed the knot end into the hole.
"You lucky it was a little red, might have turned blue if it went on more!" shouted Tim.
I put everything into the box, I walked over to Jade's painting where she is dumping her dark dirty water into one of the buckets. Both buckets were full, I tapped Jade on her shoulder and motion my hands to the buckets.
"Oh my god, thank you RiRi," she yelled with her music blasting out of her headphones as I took her buckets.
"You two better stop, everyone is having ideas about what you two are talking about," I said before heading out.
Tim and Ako both stopped and looked around the room, the girls were smiling at them, and the guys just glared at them.
I took the buckets outside to the hallway and set them on the floor below the window where the beating is taking place. I went back into the Art room and grab my little fake time-bomb, Jade saw my little grin on my face as I walk by. I placed the box in front of the window, slide the window open, and looked out. I saw Decon quickly walking towards the boy and uppercuts him in the face.
I took one bucket and put it on the edge outside the window near the wall to kind of measure if both will fit on the same window frame. I took it back a bit and picked up the other bucket and put it next to it, then slowly push them together to the edge.
I took a deep breath, before I pulled them back, and then pushed them quickly while making sure I swiftly grabbed the handles before they fell with the water. I hastily glanced outside just to see them all besides the boy and the ones near him get soaked with the water. I patted myself after...
"Damn I forgot to ask for a lighter," I cursed.
"Looking for these?" said someone.
I looked up and saw Jade with her black lighter and a red balloon. I did a little laugh, grab the box, and handed her the end of the cloth so she can light it.
Fire set, I rapidly threw the box outside before the fire alarm caught on. Jade and I looked outside to see it hit the ground and made Golden and his gang run like hell. Jade grabbed me down, we looked at each other, and started laughing.
"That was so evil but so good!" laughed Jade as she started to wipe her tears.
"I just can't believed it worked," I answered breathing heavily.
"Here I'll take these back," said Jade picking up the buckets, "Let's hurry before someone sees us."
She heads back into the room. I looked out the window one last-time and saw the boy holding something and looking up to where I was. He mouth something and started to move towards the building. I turned around and head to the Art room. Hopefully his days will be a little easier while they try to find out who did all this.
Even though I find this all funny, I'll stand up to face the music if they come poking around here. Before I headed inside the Art room I felt someone looking at me, I turned to the right to see a beaten looking guy laying under a window, two windows down from where I was. Without reason, I jerked and ran towards the boy.
