My mom once had pink eye, so my dad had her lie down and gave her eyedrops. She was complaining that it really burned and he was just laughing it off saying "Oh, stop being a baby." Then he looked at the label and realized he'd grabbed a bottle of cat ear-mite drops by mistake.
The punchline is, it actually HELPED, though. XD
