Yuu POV

"I can't sleep..." I mumbled in my bed. I stretched my arm up, trying to grab an invisible bag of confidence. "It's gonna be tough to face the others..."

I was thinking about my classmates' reaction when my phone beeped. "Huh? A message?" It was Aki.

A: Yuu, are you awake?
A: I forgot to tell you something important.
Y: Yep, what's up?
A: Takashi's been absent since Monday. He is down with a cold apparently.
A: I've shouted yesterday because I thought it had to be him but then I realised that he wasn't even in the classroom.
Y: Really? But then who wrote that on the board?
A: I'm not sure but it probably wasn't him. Let's talk about it tomorrow. We should go to sleep, it's almost midnight.
Y: Alright, good night.
A: Night.

I woke up with bags under my eyes after a perfect, 3-hour-long sleep...I was still getting ready when Aki arrived.

"Morning Aki, sorry for the wait" I greeted him as I stepped out.

"Hey, are you ready?" He asked with an smile.

"Y-Yeah, I'm still nervous though." I replied.

"It'll be fine, don't worry."

We didn't talk much on our way to the school, I guess even he was worried a bit underneath.

"Ah, I need some stuff from my locker." I stopped on our way to our classroom.

"Alright, I'll wait you here."

When I opened my locker my heart skipped a beat...I was expecting many things but not this...The inside of my locker were covered with paper with the label "FAG" on them. I was shocked, I shut the door and slid on the floor with my back on the lockers.For a minute it felt like I was drowning again but then I remembered. "Come on! Stay strong! You have Aki and Sora!" I tried encourag myself. I went back to Aki with empty hands without realising it.

"There you are, took you long enough..." He began. "Huh? Where is your stuff?" He asked.

"Ah...uhm...I p-probably left it home" I staggered.

"Hmmmm...alright" He replied.

"I should keep it a secret for know, it would anger him way too early..." I thought to myself.

Aki POV

"He is lying...but I guess I should leave it for now, he seems alright." I thought.

"Well, here we are. Are you ready?" I asked Yuu when we arrived at the door of our classroom.

"Y-Yeah." He answered with a worried look.

When I opened the door the classroom went silent. They stared at us then started to mutter, it was really awkward, Yuu probably felt even worse.

"Morning Aki, Yuu!" Sora greeted us suddenly. "Thank god. He broke the ice."

"H-Hey." Yuu staggered.

"Don't worry, they just feel a bit awkward and don't know how to face you." Sora continued.

We talked a bit then the bell rang.
