Surya only could let out a weird noise when he try to speaks, nothing but some sorts of whine came through his mouth when he opened them. He was confused, he wanted to questioned what had happened to him.

His eyes couldn’t be opened perfectly, he only could see blurry image of anything that was in front of him. What he could see was the shadows of something that were somehow eerily similiar with dogs, but he realized that anything in front of him couldn’t be dog because it had the size much larger than a normal dog. Whether it was in diameter or its height, there was no way that the thing in front of him were merely a dog, so he let out a gasp but what came out was only a whine.

The giant dog in front him suprisingly seems to be docile as it was rubbing its face to Suryas which he found to be rather surprising as he was never been the type to be loved by animal.

‘What the heck is going on?’ he throw that question at himself even though he doesn’t understanding anything that’s happening in front of him, he only furrowed his brow while fixed his gaze the giant dog who seems to be taken quite a liking to him as his face was rubbed more and more.

‘Why I couldn’t make any other sounds than whine?’ he questioned the what’s happening to him more, he now wondered what’s seriously happened to him and started to became panicked but he then remembers that calm mind was needed to tend crisis, as a youth who dedicated himself to his hobby of adding more knowledge to his brain cells, Surya knew that being in distressed will bring him no good, at least that’s what the books usually told him.

He try to moved his body, whether it was his arms or legs, but his effort result in nothing. He couldn’t moved even one limb and the panics started to crawl on his mind once again but he took a deep breath then let it out, he tried to kept his cool as being panicked would be bad thing to happen when he in this sorts of unknown situation.

‘I couldn’t move single limb, but I am pretty sure that they were still attached to my body... it feels like I didn’t have the same amount of control on my body, it’s like a newborn body that hasn’t been used to moving and getting menial tasks done,’ he thought so to himself as he reached the concluisons on the condition of his body, he realized that he was able to move his body a little bit but it was to no significant result.

At most, Surya only could to move his fingers that feels strangely to be sticked with each other. It felt just as his hands now were changed into something else differently, but he keeps away those possibility as far as possible. He doesn’t wanted to think that he became crippled or some sorts of thing happened to him.

He blinked, feeling the vision started to became more clear as the more time has been passed. What his guess earlier that there was a giant dog who rubbed its face to his were correct and he finally able to get grasp of his surrounding.

He seems to be inside a dark and damp cave with no one else but only him and the giant dog who now looks at him affectionately.

‘What now? Do I look like some sorts of favorite owner of the pet?’

Surya keeps those thought to himself as his mind became more clearer and he started to blink his eyes again, once more the visions grew clearer and Surya could see everything a bit more clearly now.

And his first reactions after getting an understanding on what is happening on him was to let out a high-pitched whine when he saw what the giant dog in front of him are actually.

The words were halted on his throat as he wasn’t able to speak, but what he wanted to say is, ‘Dear God! It wasn’t a giant dog! It’s a giant wolf!’

Even though he never really seen wolf upclose, as he only ever saw them when visiting the zoo at his elementary school educational visits, but he still remembered what a wolf looks like.

They had more and thicker fur than your normal dogs, their teeth are sharper and the expressions they used to make are more fiercier yet calmer than a dogs. But what really caught the attention of Surya is the fact that he just realized when he saw the size of the wolf.

‘The fu*k?! It’s a Direwolf! Wasn’t they supposed to be extinct in North America or somehwere between there?!’ he almost pissed himself when he saw the full form of the wolf in front of him when his visions grew more clearer, he wanted to let out a scream and of course, only whine that came out from his mouth.

Surya only could made preplaxed expressions as he didn’t know why there was a Direwolf at his side and treated him with affection, but the answer then came sooner than he expected when he finally able to moved his body a little bit.

Surprise was the first lane of thought that goes through his synapses and then become and understannding once his brain cells received enough stimulation, what he finally able to saw was not bot of his arms and hands, it was something else entirely.

Two of his hands were changed into a pair of paw with sharp claws, while he actually standing using all of his hands and legs, in another he was standing in all four of his limbs.

He couldn’t believed it but that was the only possible thing that crossed his mind.

The reasons why the Direwolf in front of him were really affectionate with him are becuase he was the same kind as the Direwolf, and there are high chance that the Direwolf was his mother.

Surya was known for his quick-thinking, so reached a conclusions of his situations were small feat to him. But to accepted the situation and take it naturally was something all different.

The youth just realized that he had became a mutt Direwolf, not a man anymore.

He then lets out a whine that actually was his own way of saying, “What the Hell is going on here?!”
