I don't think I need to say that's how it happened, the guy (and some other colleagues) insisted very hard that asexuality ain't a thing, and I probably just had some bad experience.
Aaaaaaaahn. No. Don't do it. If you are curious, that's one thing, but don't try to deny someone's sexual/romantic orientation or gender identity.
It made me mad for quite a few days.
