Surya found himself to be reincarnated after his death.

His life wasn’t really what was called as happy one, he was the only son of a pair of soldier and doctor who became husband and wife through war that engulfed on their homeland. Surya born at the peaceful time but he couldn’t enjoyed it because of he had terminal disease ever since he was a little baby.

His mother, who became the director of the hospital where Surya got took care of, always gave him much preferential treatment toward him since she knew how hard life for Surya is because of his illness.

Meanwhile, his father didn’t really pay much attention to him and just let his wife tend to his son, he rarely visit his son and if he does then there was nothing really he could do as there was nothing talk about or anything to do with his son.

Because of this, he became much closer to his mother but distant feelings were directed toward his father who seemingly didn’t care about him as he chose to attend his military business more rather than spent it with him.

He secretly held the feeling of resentment toward his father who either he feel never truly trying to understand him nor care a single bit toward him, and so Surya never spoke anything about his father when he engaged to a conversations with whoever he speak to.

To make matter worse, his terminal illness depraved him from the ability to move his lower limbs, he couldn’t walk properly unless there are some sorts of helper on his hand or shoulder to help him maintain balance, which is why Surya would always ended up sat and resting in his room while reading books, whether through internet or using the real one.

Surya was destined to never be able to achieve anything, his mind also told him so, he would only be able to live at least until he reach twenty years old and he would meet death early because of his illness, he knew everything about it as he accidently overheard his family talks about it out in front of his room.

The conversations goes outside his room, his father think they should stop forcing Surya to be tended and took medication as it would only prolong the suffering he had experience up till that point, but his mother disagree as she certain with the advancement of technology the cure for his son illness would be founded and she told her husband to be patient until that time came.

They had long conversations which turns into debate on several occasions but remained civil, and the conclusions they reach were to let their sons do anything he wanted with his life. The day after that, both of his parent came to his room, which was a rare thing to be happened and they asked him on what is his wish was.

His wish, he never really thought about something like that previously, he always thought that he would be ended up dead and just be forgotten by the world as he never held anything significant or made anything important which he would defended with his whole life.

He wasn’t sure with what he want, but he then remembers the wishes he had since he was child and would always came and go from his mind all the time as he don’t know whether he could make it happen or not.

But now, Surya was asked on what his wish on, and then he answered toward his parent with serious face.

“Give me money.”

Of course, his parents comply and give him a huge sums of money, they think that their child planning to spend the rest of his day with entertaining himself using the whole lot of money that were given to him.

They were wrong.

Surya didn’t use the money to do something insignificant or petty like that, he always had a visions that made him different from those who were on the same situation as he is. He wishes to left something in this world, he wanted his name to be known and talked. His ambition didn’t stop there as his ultimate goal was to find what he destined to do, which is why he decided to plunge himself to the world of business.

Surprisingly, he became a man of fortune as his business were booming and a lot of money were coming to his bank account immensely every day without fail and without any delay.

Using his knowledge that came from the time when he was bored and spend his whole time by reading books, Surya was able to outsmart most of the rival companies and landed his product brand to be the number one in the market.

His name started to became considered as one of the most brilliant young businessman, but it didn’t stop there as within few years he able to create a giant company and left his name to be one of the most of successful man in the country.

Wealth was something that supposed to come and go, but for Surya they seems to be pouring at him nonstop which made most of his competitor envy him, yet he never really made an enemy out of them as they realize that there was more to Surya than just a fellow competitor in the world of business.

Surya was also a humanist, he would donate half or more of his fortune every time the whole gross domestic product count were done, it would happened once in every year and became some sorts of famous event on its own, people in his home country would even celebrated that day by held a festival which were named based on his name.

He became a generous man, and once, there was a press conference and one of the reporter asks him on the reasons why is he working this hard to attain his mountainous fortune.

While smiling he answered it.

“It’s because I wanted to change my destiny, I worked myself to the bone not because I want the wealth and fame that came with it. I work off because I want to change something in my life, but I realize that by doing something like that then I must change someone else fate first…”

His answer made earn him enormous amount of applause and supports from many world figure, he finally made them move and change the world as a whole to become a better place.

His parent were proud of him, they would always praises him, even his stoic and distant father would gave him compliment like he was the best son on the world.

Surya couldn’t helped but trying to hide his delight as something like this was never to be expected by himself, all he wanted to do was simple thing and that was to help change another people fate but he just change the whole world with his wishes.

All because of his wish, will, and wits. If he never had this illness then what would he become? Surya is sure that he would came off as someone who is far off better in the terms of health but worse on the state of moral.

Yet, every man glory never be forever.

Once he reach the age of twenty, his illness grew worse and people around him started to became lot worrisome about his condition, all of them told Surya to rest but he always forced himself to work as he believe that he will change one more person life by doing his work.

Sadly, he meet his death on the state that could be described as nothing but pitiful as his hand still hold the pen he used to sign his paperwork, but it was also could be called as satisfied death as Surya was smiling at the time.

In the end, Surya leave this world and became some sorts of legend.

His name shall not be forgotten for a long time, and his story will inspired the lot of us.

But what he didn’t expect was the state he found himself right now.

He became a mutt of Direwolf inside a cave!
