I often make weird concoctions and snacks and ask my sister, brother, and friend to try it. I don't tell them what I put coz it discourages them to try. D:

My husband uses the "try it" line on me when he cooks something new... I hate it because it gets me all suspicious, so then I say no, but then he makes me try it, then -ugh- I have to admit that I actually really like it!
