No Milk No Stress

These different ways are what my friends do. :)
My milk supply is quite OK and baby latches well but it's still not enough so my baby is mix fed with formula milk at different feeding times. Luckily she accepts the milk well too.
Heard from some moms that they get stressed when they can't provide and felt incompetent so drawing this out is to help me and mommies out there to remind ourselves we're doing the best we can.
Some things can only be understood once you've experienced it yourself. :)

I have two wonderful boys but neither one i got to breastfeed like i truly wanted to do. My first born had heart surgery at birth so all that stress durinf it and recovery killed my production. And my 2nd son the doc induced me and my body must not have been ready to birth him because my milk supply came in 2 weeks aftery 2nd was born. i know formulas good but i wanted them to get that extra immunity boost T.T
