So let's skip the beginning after-all you already know how the legend begins. Just in case you don't I'll give a hint since I'm so generous. The impossible dream...

Anyways, I specifically don't like to explain my opinions on why the legend goes the way it does. Speaking truthfully, I don't understand it at all although I should being a god and all. I originally come from the royal-type of citizens. Unlike the noble-type we stand above all. Our powers go beyond all of those weaklings and what's our main focus?

To protect those weaklings that struggle all the time until the end. Just to survive. Why? Why do they wanna survive so much? I never will understand. I shouldn't even worry about that since tonight is the Midnight Ball. One of the most famous balls that occur here in Melvita. Only a select few get the great honor of being able to attend and I'm one of those lucky guests.

Usually, the main guests for the ball are either royals or nobles but this night was going to be different from the usual. 

It is finally the Midnight Ball or just the beginning of it. All of the guests have have gathered. To my surprise there were two people here that were from either the poor or in between type of citizens and the third one from their group was from the noble-type. After searching for them three, I finally found them! A human boy with snow-white hair and clouded-purple eyes, a demon boy with pitch-black hair and flame-red eyes and lastly an angel boy with gold-yellow hair and grass-green eyes. I approached them,

"Hey you three!" I shouted. they turned around and saw me.

"What is it?" the angel asked.

"What are your names?" I questioned.

"I'm Lucas (Yumeto)!" he pointed at the demon, "This is Aaron (Daman)." then he pointed at the angel, "And this is Alfie (Angelo)! And you? What's your name?" Lucas asked.

"I'm Gabriel (Aayan)!" I pointed to myself.

"Hey Gabriel!" Lucas cried. 

"What is it Lucas?" I asked.

"Are you a god?" he questioned.

Speechless. That was the only word I could use to describe how surprised I was. How could a mere. A mere human be able to figure that out!? I nodded. The three of them smiled at each-other. I didn't understand the situation why? Why did they need to know I'm a god? Did they need me for something? 

Out of nowhere, music began to play. The Midnight Ball has officially begun. I headed toward the center of the ballroom. Lucas, Aaron and Alfie followed me. 

"Why did you all of a sudden run like that?" Alfie quizzed.

I didn't hear him. I was too focused on trying to find her. To find my older sister. I heard that she'd be here tonight. 
"You're looking for your sister aren't you Gabriel?" Lucas mentioned.

Once again he left me in great shock. Even the other two seemed stunned. I nodded. 
"Does she have miasma-purple hair and ocean-blue eyes?" Lucas inquired.

"Yeah she does..." I turned to him.

"I found her...." he added.

That was impossible but when I looked at him. His eyes were serious. He definitely found her.

"Where!?" I demanded.

He pointed to the direction of the balcony. I sprinted there right away. I finally found her. After 7 years of searching.I found her. Well not me but Lucas. I stepped forward.
"Sis?" I whispered.

Abruptly, all of us got engulfed into this strange bubble. 

"Darkness....?" 

We were not in the ballroom but elsewhere. The darkness that surrounded us was so powerful and yet none of us fell not even that human.

"What's going on here!" Alfie demanded for an answer. 

Then Lucas came up. He mumbled some words; we couldn't make any of them out. In a blink of an eye, we found ourselves lying on the hard, wet ground except Lucas who was standing. Aaron, Alfie and I stood up to find my sister turning into ash. Why?

"Gab... Keep on living.... And.... Save this world...." my sis disappeared into thin air.

Without me realizing, tears were pouring down my face. 

"But why did she turn to ash?" I uttered in disbelieve.

"She was a a tool and now that the tool has become useless the mastermind decided to get rid of it...." Lucas explained.

I didn't want to believe him but I had to since I also knew that it was the truth. 

"So what are you going to do now?" Alfie asked.

"I think... I think I'll join you three on your journey." I replied, "Can I?"

Lucas smiled, "Of course you can!" he reached out his hand to me, "Welcome to the team, Gabz!"

After that, we headed to my palace and I told my parents about what I'm going to do and they were fine with my decision, although, they weren't completely sure about letting me go.

And so our journey to save Melvita. To save the world began....
