Generation 2 - Who´s That Pokémon? (New Cast)

I made these ´who´s that Pokémon´ jokes mostly as filler pages... they´re rather easy to draw. However, they were well received so I made the discussion to make it a series every time new characters are introduced.
This is the third in the line and a final fourth will also come somewhere in the future. Today we focus on Nine, Lady Drizzle and Serew!
I´m once again aware that the text on this page could be hard to read. Back in those days I did not really think about that like I do nowadays... well, I hope it´s readable anyway!

ah, the "who's that pokemon"-series. I'm noticing just now that there will be another one in the future soon.. well... "more or less soon"? And there is Kuo again~ good to see you, little girl~ (I've seen... she must be remarkably smaller in comparison to the other characters, right?)
