And we get our first sci-fi element! So now we know why Agent Fairbanks wears shades. It's not quite as neat and succinct as the Flashy-Thing from MIB but it does prevent the technology from falling into the wrong hands. ( He has disguise contacts when he absolutely cannot wear his shades but they're uncomfortable ) Imagine if Agent Chaplin caused this much damage with a request what he could do if he had the power himself.
