"Choo" is a miniature pet robot made for E.I.A. It is a simpler, smaller version of E.I.A.'s AI. It has a single wire arm made out of an old computer mouse, and cannot move freely. E.I.A. pulls it around like a tugger toy, which earned it it's name. (It's name being a onomatopoeia for the sound of a boat whistle.)
