Well... before this point I thought that I don't understand half of a jokes because I'm russian and so know not much about USA culture. But now I was like: "Cool, issue about Soviet... wait, what's going on?.."
I've recognized jokes about Chernobyl burgers, Slav squat and russian mob but I still feel like the general meaning have eluded from me...
