Reincarnation is believed by many, but is not really talked about. The inspiration to write about this topic came from a user on Tapas a little while back ago.

*cough cough* It was Darksight. *cough cough*

The idea of reincarnation starts back centuries ago, because humans have always had this curiosity about what happens after and before death and what is the object of their existence. Of course no one can really know if reincarnation truly exists or if we truly have a soul, q soul being the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being or animal which is regarded as immortal, but that does not mean we cannot believe or discuss it.

Of course there are many opinions and theories on the matter, but I will only speak about a few aspects of it.

How many times does a soul reincarnate?

One possible answer to this is that a soul keeps reincarnating until it finds its life purpose. Another is that it just goes on forever, or maybe there’s a certain time limit. Or it could be that it goes on until it simply cannot anymore. That the soul deteriorates over time, and the more it deteriorates the more insane the lives it will hold are, and at its final stages of deterioration the person with that soul will be in an insane asylum.

How many souls are there?

This one is a hard one. I currently have nothing to say on this topic.

When is a soul born?

Another question with a wide variety of possible answers. If we are thinking of the theory that each soul has a life purpose, then we can assume that one is born everytime a new purpose is needed. Another another possibility is that a soul is born everytime a soul dies. And one last possibility that I’m going to mention is that all souls were born at the same time, and that the souls now are the souls that has always been.
