There's no need to be sorry and I greatly appreciate you sharing this with us. You deserve a nice long break to get your life sorted out (or even just to relax).
As a reader I'd be sad to see this abandoned, but your life comes first. You could take a short hiatus after every couple of pages or after you finish a chapter to prepare for the next update, I've seen a few authors do that, and in the absence they fill it with guest comics, fanarts, or Q&As, just an idea.
If you do end up abandoning it, could you post a short summary of the rest of the plot/ending? I just don't want to be left at a cliffhanger haha
