im trying to not rant

but spent 2 days watching a dvd box set of house MD

not that long ago but god the quality of writing compared to now

its night and day. We being now in the night of your story must have a,b,c 

and this propaganda, social programming

or be the cw and there pseudo NWO Arrow verse series

and so many characters its all just quips

and exposition songs to a boring tune.....

barring flash season 1 and arrow season 1

because they focused on a limited cast and every one seemed human

hell even got screen time.....

but back to house

human characters

male characters

female ones as well

each a set of flaws

strengths

and even senses of humor

in character choices

and long plot arcs

slow builds

so what went wrong ?

then till now?

maybe impatience

you can get whole series on day one

social media

and the idea of jumping on the loudest band wagons?

to deep a hole but it annoys me

as a writer especially

when i try to build characters with more than just

checklists

and im important because arrows over there heads

it has wrecked my ability to enjoy anything on tv

but is till try

any one seen instinct the crime drama

that took 2 and a half episodes to lose me
