Ah! Lexiety Episode 10 is finally complete! So sorry for the long delay, but I put a lot of time and effort into this episode!
I tend to eat when I'm depressed and it's my anxiety that kicks in to remind me that it's an unhealthy habit, meaning I'll run myself tired and eat less when anxiety is high, and the reverse is true when I'm depressed.
I think I have a good handle on my work out schedule and diet, though!
