1800's-
Whether this what was God had intent or what he condemned me to, I wasn't in anyway happy with what happen to me.
I was born in the late 1800's. I had a wonderful father and mother who loved me for me and would do anything for me. One night, Father had some work he didn't finish the night before, so he had asked me to bring his supper to him. On the way to his office, I ran into two men, who were offer new lives and money. I didn't want any part in it, but I was a lady of good standing and beauty. Therefore, they did not leave me be. They had grabbed me and rapped me, leaving me on the street to die. Within the hour, I couldn't breath and I was an hour away from Father's office. With a short few breaths, I called for help. No one showed, except, and older male. He looked like he was part of the Hispanic community, but he seemed much paler than a Hispanic would be. At the time racial differences matter, but personally, I never saw color. He looked like he was going to help, when he bent down and press his lips to my throat.
Ever since that day, I never left his side nor was I the same girl.
1930's-
"Anna, darling, if I want to stay, can I?" Henry, a vampire, no doubt, trying to enter my bed and breakfast.
"I'm sorry, Henry. This place is only open to the Nightworth, no one else."
The Nightworth's are a coven of vampires that are older than all. I, Anna Collins, a witch, have been entrusted with the responsibility to watch the Nightworth Hotel. Also, part of my responsibility bring in as many humans to feed the hungry Nightworth.
"Anna, please."
"Henry, if I let you in her, Master Edwin will be very upset with me, and he will kill you."
Henry turned away from the door and walked back to the bar across the street.
"Anna," I heard a voice behind me say.
"Master Edwin!"
"What are you doing at the door?"
"Oh, nothing. Are you hungry Master?"
"Indeed, I am my child."
"Follow me to the room you will be eating."
As I walked Master Edwin to his room, I begin to think I've been doing this for 110 years. I am so tired of blood.
