Anxiety Is like having your own bully inside your head it tells you that you're ugly that your fat and stupid and no one will ever want you it makes you insecure it and makes you hate yourself it makes you afraid to tell people it tells you that they will never understand that they will judge you that they will think you're weird and crazy the worst part is that it that's inside your head so it knows all your mistakes your secrets and it uses those against you when you have anxiety you become your own bully
