Today at work i suddenly wanted to draw, its coming back.

That's good! But don't force it! Let it come naturally. I've made the mistake of thinking it was all the way back, or back enough that I could start choosing when I do art. ^-^;;
This looks really good. Please remember to breathe and PACE yourself! Let it come when it wants to for awhile.
It'll come back full force if you don't try to capture and enslave that part of your brain.
The art part is our inner wild creature, and it definitely is a part that cares most about us, but it needs lots of care. It's already let you know that it wants to be able again, so it's definitely not fighting you, but don't burn it out. Just feed it's flames. <3
