Each element reacts differently with the caster when they are performing spells with the element in its pure form.
Fire causes the caster’s body temperature to rise. When the caster is focused, they can keep things from burning from elemental fire
Water causes the caster’s body temperature to drop. When the caster is focused, they can often walk on pure elemental water
Air causes the caster’s weight to seem less than it actually is. When focused, the caster can almost float through space using pure elemental air
Earth causes the caster’s weight to seem more than it actually is. When focused, the caster has to keep moving, or plants will attach themselves to the caster while they use elemental earth
Soul causes the caster, and those in physical contact with the caster, to feel a tingly sensation through their bodies. When the caster uses elemental soul, they can feel like they are outside of their body depending on their focus
Combinations of the elements do not affect the casters in these ways, even if one element is more the base of the spell than others.
