Em didn't like the tank.

It was a basic enough container of sorts, with two separate lines providing both colors of goo into it and a fancy lock on the door that had once held it shut. Wires and a plug dangled from the top of the container at about neck level. They'd been connected to something once, but not now. Em found them immensely creepy.
There was a drain on the tank's floor. Presumably to suck the fluids out before opening the tank door. Judging by the big spill on the floor it hadn't been drained properly before the door had opened.
Most likely because whatever had been in the tank had broken out. There was a sizeable hole in the door.
Em bent closer but did not touch the shards of glass. She had no desire to get cuts on her hands-at least that's what she told herself. There were bad vibes surrounding that thing. All she wanted to do was look at something else and forget that it was there. Forget what had obviously busted out of it.

What next?
1. Take closer look at the tank.
2. Look at hallways with flashlight.
3. Examine _____ again.
4. Look at tubes filled with liquid/compounds.
