I swear all the time I spend sleeping resets as soon as I wake up

Same here. Since my oldest son and bf are both on winter vacay i actually got to sleep in till 9am which i havent done since before my 1st kid was born xD. And the second i wake up im ready to go back to sleep. It prolly doesnt help my anxiety and sometimes my 2 year old keeps me up.
