Wait... You know how they said if people they know have demented versions; And the demented versions are believed to be free... What happens when they die in their non-demented version that is in the 'real world'? Would they die for real? And he thinks he was about to die before he found her... Does that mean he was also experimented on... Or was he just going to die? Wait. He thinks he was about to die... Her friend commited suicide... What if the dream world is for people who have the same dream-length... That have or are close to death...? And is that a blush I see on his face on the first panel? *Insert smirky face here* (Ignore the fact that he's coughing up blood, and that she's having breathing problems. The ship is taking sail.)

Synopsis:
A chronically ill young woman has been asleep for so long that her dreams are now her main reality. A permanent dream may be pleasant for some, but unfortunately for her, she only dreams in nightmares.
