I was at the library reading up on my animal, a wolf. What traits they have and other things that I probably don't need to know, but I still learn it because I want to learn and teach others one day that this isn't a thing to be afraid of. Speaking of being afraid of who I am..is my mother worried about me? It doesn't matter.

I closed the book then put it on the librarian's desk. I walked out of the library and someone shoved me. "Watch it fresh meat" She hissed at me and slithered away. Huh? Guess she was put in the wrong house. I kept walking and went outside. I laid down in the grass near the pond it wasn't that bad of a walk from the dorms. My eyes started to get heavy...slowly...

I was walking around school grounds getting back to the dorms until I thought I saw someone laying on the grass. Maria?! How can anyone sleep on grass? You know what that's not important. I picked her and carried her back to the dorms, she was lighter than I thought she would though. She then opened her eyes and her face turned bright red. "What? I just was kind enough to bring you back to your dorm" I said. "Grass was comfy" she's going insane I hate this. "Tomato" Maria laughed. "I'm not a tomato I'm a fox, walk yourself back" I dropped her on the ground and I walked away.

"I've never had a friend before you" said Maria. I turned around and she looked sad. "My mother wasn't too fond of me being who I am ya know" her ear twitched. "So you were under house arrest," I asked. "Well, I guess you could say that. Heck, my mother doesn't even know I'm here if she finds out I'm pretty much gone and will probably never even go on the roof again" Maria walked off and I grabbed her hand. "Look I'm sorry for treating you badly...I was sent here because of my sister and they accepted me because of her. This school isn't what it seems" I said.
